So I came across this recipe today for these easy cookies made out of mainly Nutella, and I just had to try it. I found the recipe (through Pinterest) on Tasty Kitchen, who originally took it from A Busy Nest. It's one worthwhile trying if you love Nutella (who doesn't?) and want to make a batch of really easy cookies.
This is the first post I made by taking photos of the whole process- I hope it's easy to follow for everyone. Let me know!
Ingredients:
- 237g (1 cup) Nutella
- 118g (1/2 cup) sugar
- 237g (1 cup) flour
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 176ºC (350ºF)
2. Whisk the egg in a medium sized bowl
2. Whisk the egg in a medium sized bowl

3. Add in the flour and sugar and slightly mix it into the egg
4. Add the Nutella and combine it all together well
4. Form the dough into approximately 2.5 cm (1") balls, and then spread out on baking sheet. Press down firmly with the bottom of a glass. You can add optional decorations, if you'd like.
5. Bake the cookies for about 7-8 minutes, or until they set
6. Cool and serve
I really like this recipe. It's extremely easy to make and can be made out of the blue, granted you keep Nutella in your house at all times like I do. I added the white chocolate bits to about half of the cookies I made, just in case it doesn't work out properly- but it did! My family really liked these cookies, and I'm sure yours will too :)
Very nice. I am not so talented to take that many pics when I am blogging. I have to concentrate on what I am doing. These cookies look great.
ReplyDeleteThank you! This was my first experience with taking photos of each step, and now it has become a habit for me :-)
